📦 1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver products all over Bangladesh, including major cities and remote areas through our trusted courier partners.
Inside Dhaka City: 1–3 business days
Outside Dhaka City: 3–7 business days
Remote Areas: May take up to 7–10 business days depending on courier availability.
💰 2. Delivery Charges
Inside Dhaka: ৳60
Outside Dhaka: ৳120
Free Delivery may be available for promotional offers or minimum purchase amounts (as mentioned on product pages).
⏰ 3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be confirmed via phone or SMS before dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
🛵 4. Delivery Partners
We use reliable third-party courier services such as:
Sundarban Courier, Pathao, Steadfast, SA Paribahan, RedX, and others to ensure secure and fast delivery.
📦 5. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or Email with your tracking number and courier details.
You can use that tracking number to monitor your parcel’s delivery status.
❗ 6. Delivery Delays
Sometimes, delivery may be delayed due to:
Unforeseen courier issues or natural disasters
Incorrect delivery address or unreachable phone number
Political or weather-related disruptions
We will notify you promptly in such cases.
🧾 7. Receiving the Parcel
Please check your parcel in front of the delivery person before accepting it.
If the item appears damaged, wrong, or missing, you may refuse to accept and immediately inform our support team.
