You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
✅ The item you received is wrong, defective, or damaged during delivery.
✅ The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✅ A valid invoice or order receipt must be provided with your return request.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable (unless defective or incorrect).
💰 Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, etc.).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bKash or Bank Transfer.
🔄 Exchange Policy
If you want to exchange your item for a different size or design, you can request an exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
